Attorney Mullin has been a Partner since 1996. A former Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney, he is admitted to practice before all New York State courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of Onondaga County, New York State and U.S. Northern District of New York bar associations. He is a graduate of Siena College (1980, B.A. Political Science), St. John's University (M.A. Public Administration) and Syracuse University College of Law.


Mr. Mullin has received the Super Lawyer distinction based on peer recognition and professional achievement issues.  He has also been named to the New York Super Lawyers Upstate Edition 2007-2012, and Buffalo Spree Magazine's Super Lawyers 2007-2010. He is also a recipient of the honor Winner in the Courtroom and in the Community.


Mr. Mullin is an active member of the community, and presently serves as President of the Onondaga County Bar Foundation. He also has served as President of the Onondaga Free Library and led a multi-million dollar building campaign in that position. He has served as a board member with the Geddes Little League and Siena College CNY Alumni Association. He also has been a member of the Parish Council of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He is also a member of Christian Brothers Academy Alumni Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild.


Mr. Mullin is a member of Defense Research Institute's (DRI) committees in the fields of Trucking Law, Municipal Law, and Product Liability.
